Amit Sood, MD
From the Desk of Dr. Sood
Dear friend,
Thank you for the gift of your time and attention.
I feel privileged to offer you Resilient Living, a self-paced program to help you change the course of your life challenge or chronic health condition.
Resilient Living is anchored in cutting-edge neuroscience - particularly the brain mechanisms that generate and multiply stress.
Through authentic presence, self-compassion, gratitude, empowered acceptance, purposeful living, and forgiveness, the skills will help you find calm, even on the most taxing days.
I have personally implemented, and continue to apply, every single practice I share with you here. We have tested the approach in over 30 clinical trials with highly promising results.
Several of the most reputed hospitals offer this program to patients and staff. Until recently, people traveled long distances at great expense to meet our staff for learning the science and skills I share here. Through this digital program, I hope to remove all those barriers.
I look forward to walking with you for a small part of our life's journey together.
My warmest wishes to you.

About Resilient Living
Resilient Living is based on the Stress Management and Resilience Training (SMART) program developed by Dr. Sood at Mayo Clinic.
The program is designed for patients with chronic health conditions, caregivers, and for people experiencing significant adversities.
Each module of this four-module program offers science, stories, and skills that will help you understand how the brain depletes resilience and generates unneeded stress, and how you can pull energy and positivity out of thin air by taking charge of your brain.
Please reach out to us if we can help in any way with your progress through the program.
