The Trap of Chronic Stress
Hundreds of research studies have concluded the following:
* Adverse health conditions, bad relationships, toxic workplaces, and poor sleep cause chronic stress
* Chronic stress in turn causes (or worsens) most adverse health conditions. Stress also weakens attention, leads to memory loss, disrupts sleep, and hurts your relationships and work performance
The result is an entrapping feedback loop that can harm your health and wellbeing for a very long time.

The accompanying figure summarizes a large body of research that shows the proportion of people struggling with different life challenges. The conclusion: Almost every person today faces one or more challenges.
When a challenge (such as stress) affects almost everyone in the society, a logical conclusion is that it isn't an individual's fault.
Our research shows that the modern stress epidemic has two main causes that affect almost all of us:
* Excessive cognitive and emotional load
* Limited ability of our brain to lift the load
Our Solution
After completing over 30 research studies and working with hundreds of thousands of patients and students, we have developed the Resilient Living Program to help you better lift the life's load.
This program is customized for people with chronic health conditions, caregivers, and for those having high levels of stress.
While your stressors may not disappear tomorrow, the program skills will help you better handle the challenges - by increasing your resilience, wellbeing, mindfulness, and happiness, and decreasing stress and anxiety. The program also improves positive health behaviors - empowering you to better resist, recover, and rise despite ongoing challenges.
